Summary
Decides that at the 41st session there should be a 4th UN Pledging Conference for the World Disarmament Campaign; reiterates the recommendation that the voluntary contributions made by Member States to the World Disarmament Campaign Voluntary Trust Fund should not be earmarked for specific activities inasmuch as it is most desirable that the Secretary-General enjoy full freedom to take decisions he deems fit within the framework of the Campaign as approved by the General Assembly.
