Summary
Demands that the Bosnian Serb party give immediate access for representatives of UNHCR, ICRC and other international agencies to persons displaced from Srebrenica and Zepa who are within the areas of Bosnia and Herzegovina under the control of Bosnian Serb forces, and that the Bosnian Serb party permit representatives of ICRC to visit and register any persons detained against their will, including any members of the forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina; also demands that the Bosnian Serb party respect fully the rights of all such persons and ensure their safety, and urges that any persons detained be released; reiterates that all those who commit violations of international humanitarian law will be held individually responsible in respect of such acts.
