Decides to suspend the Roster status of the International Lesbian and Gay Association; authorizes the Committee on Non-Governmental Organization to hold an inter-sessional meeting in order to carry out an inquiry into whether any of the International Lesbian and Gay Association member organizations or subsidiaries promote or condone paedophilia and, after giving the Association an opportunity to present its views and provide further necessary information relevant to the assurances called for below, to make a recommendation to the Council concerning the Roster status of the Association; decides to consider reinstating the Roster status of the International Lesbian and Gay Association, upon an appropriate recommendation of the Committee on Non-Governmental Organizations, at such time as the International Lesbian and Gay Association can provide the Council convincing assurances that neither the Association nor its member organizations or subsidiaries promote, condone or seek the legalization of paedophilia.
