Takes note with appreciation of the report of the 9th Joint Programme Coordination Meeting of the UN Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice Programme Network, held at Riyadh on 24-25 Jan. 1994; welcomes the endorsement by that Meeting of the criteria and procedures for the affiliation with the UN of institutes or centres and the establishment of UN subregional institutes in the field of crime prevention and criminal justice and decides to adopt the criteria and procedures.
