Financing of the United Nations Iran-Iraq Military Observer Group : resolution / adopted by the General Assembly.

Urges all Member States to make every possible effort to ensure payment in full of their assessed contributions to UNIIMOG; decides to appropriate to the Special Account referred to in General Assembly resolution 42/233 the amount of US$2,384,000 gross ($2,178,000 net) authorized by the Assembly in accordance with paragraphs 11 to 14 of its resolution 45/245 for the operation of the Military Observer Group for the period from 1 to 28 Feb. 1991; decides that they shall be set off against the apportionment among Member States, their respective share in the unencumbered balance of $2,384,000 gross ($2,178,000 net) in respect of the period from 1 to 28 Feb. 1991; decides further that $19,596,389 of the unutilized balance in the Special Account for UNIIMOG shall be credited to Member States; decides to transfer the balance remaining in the Special Account for UNIIMOG to the Peace-keeping Reserve Fund.
