Summary
Notes with appreciation the valuable work done during the 45th, 46th and 47th sessions of the General Assembly on the basis of the proposal concerning the elaboration of an additional protocol on consular functions to the Vienna Convention on Consular Relations; urges States, in applying the Vienna Convention on Consular Relations and corresponding provisions of other agreements, to accord full facilities to consular officers in the performance of their functions.
