Urges the Government of Iraq to set up an independent commission of inquiry to look into the fate of tens of thousands of disappeared persons; urges the Government of Iraq to accord its full cooperation to the Special Rapporteur of the Commission on Human Rights to enable him to make the appropriate recommendations to improve the human rights situation in Iraq.
