Résumé
Expresses its satisfaction at the steps taken to implement the vital Peace Agreements reached on 16 Jan. 1992 by the Government of El Salvador and FMLN; urges the Government of El Salvador and FMLN to fulfil all their commitments within the agreed time-limits and to ensure that as of 15 Dec. 1992 normal living conditions prevail throughout the country, especially in the zones most affected by the armed conflict; encourages the Government of El Salvador and FMLN to implement the recommendations of the Ad Hoc Commission, the UN Observer Mission in El Salvador and the Commission on the Truth; endorses all recommendations made by the Independent Expert in his report; reiterates its appeal to all States to contribute to the consolidation of peace in El Salvador by supporting full compliance with the Peace Agreements and generously financing their implementation and the implementation of the National Reconstruction Plan.
