Summary
Requests the Secretary-General, taking account of relevant priorities, to provide ECA and ECE, within existing resources or the relevant sections of the programme budget for the biennium 1992-1993, with the necessary budgetary resources to enable them to prepare effectively and efficiently the evaluation report requested by the Economic and Social Council in its resolution 1991/74.
