Declaration on the Protection of All Persons from Enforced Disappearance.

Decides to submit the report of the Working Group on the Declaration on the Protection of All Persons from Enforced Disapperance of the Commission on Human Rights and the draft declaration to the General Assembly for consideration, with a view to the adoption of the declaration by the Assembly at its 47th session; recommends that, after adoption by the General Assembly, the full text of the declaration be disseminated as widely as possible.
