Invites all Member States and organizations concerned to intensify their efforts aimed at sustained effective action with a view to improving the situation of persons with disabilities; proclaims 3 Dec. as the International Day of Disabled Persons; urges Governments, as well as national, regional and international organizations, to extend their full cooperation in observing the International Day of Disabled Persons.
