Résumé
Decides to consider this question further in the light of the relevant discussions of the Trade and Development Board and other appropriate international organs and organizations; requests the Secretary-General, in close co-operation with the appropriate bodies, to analyse in the "World Economic Survey 1988" the effects of these sharp fluctuations on growth and development, in particular in developing countries, and to draw this issue to the attention of the General Assembly at its 43rd session.
