Summary
Welcomes the preparation of the programme of economic and social assistance to the Palestinian people set out in the report of the Secretary-General; requests the Secretary-General to develop the programme and mobilize resources and seek its early implementation in close co-operation with the PLO; requests the international community, the UN system and intergovernmental and non-governmental organizations to sustain and increase their assistance to the Palestinian people in co-operation with the PLO.
