Annex 9 of the draft report of the 8th session of the Preparatory Commission for the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty Organization.
The Preparatory Commission authorises the Executive Secretary to negotiate with the Secretary-General of the UN a draft administrative agreement on the relationship between the Preparatory Commission and the UN, the terms of which will be subject to approval by the Preparatory Commission and the GA.
