Summary
Reaffirms the continued validity of the recommendations of the Buenos Aires Plan of Action for Promoting and Implementing Technical Cooperation among Developing Countries and the importance of technical cooperation among developing countries; urges all Member States, UNDP and other relevant organs, organizations, bodies and programmes of the UN system to give high priority in their particular fields of activity to the support, including financial support, of activities in technical cooperation among developing countries; calls upon the international community to take the necessary measures to implement the commitments agreed upon in the context of technical cooperation among developing countries.
