Membership of Israel in the Economic Commission for Europe.

Decides to amend paragraph 7 of the terms of reference of ECE by adding Israel to the list of members of the Commission in accordance with its request for temporary admission as a member of the Commission, as contained in the letter dated 16 Apr. 1991 from the Permanent Representative of Israel to the UN addressed to the President of the Economic and Social Council.
