Intergovernmental Working Group of Experts on International Standards of Accounting and Reporting.

Decides to renew the existing mandate of the Group, contained in Economic and Social Council resolution 1982/67, and to extend its duration from 3 years to 5 years so that paragraph 4 (h) of that resolution reads: "That the Commission on Transnational Corporations, at its annual session, shall keep under review the work of the Group; in particular, it shall review the mandate, terms of reference and achievements of the Group after 5 years, with a view to deciding on the advisability of its continuation.".
