Summary
Noting the desire of the Caribbean Community for cooperation between UN and the Caribbean Community, decides to invite the Caribbean Community to participate in the sessions and the work of the General Assembly in the capacity of observer; requests the Secretary-General to take the necessary action to implement the present resolution.
