Summary
Authorizes an open-ended working group of the Commission on Human Rights to meet for a period of 2 weeks prior to the 48th session of the Commission to consider the draft declaration on the protection of all persons from enforced or involuntary disappearances, prepared by the Subcommission on Prevention of Discrimination and Protection of Minorities, with a view to its adoption by the Commission at its 48th session; requests the Secretary-General to extend all facilities to the working group for its meeting prior to the 48th session of the Commission.
