Adopts, within the provisions of the Agreement between the UN and the United States regarding the Headquarters of the UN, in accordance with the provisions of General Assembly resolution 481 (V) of 12 Dec. 1950, and for the purpose of placing reasonable limits on the amount of compensation or damages payable by the UN in respect of acts or omissions occurring within the Headquarters district, a regulation (text in the resolution).
