Summary
Requests the specialized agencies and other organizations within the UN System to render increased assistance to the people of Namibia, to increase their assistance to the front-line and neighbouring States and to the liberation movements in South Africa, to take all necessary measures to withhold any financial, economic, technical or other assistance from South Africa, to intensify their support for the oppressed people of South Africa and to take such measures as will totally isolate the apartheid regime and mobilize world public opinion against apartheid; deplores the persistent collaboration of IMF with South Africa; recommends that a separate item on assistance to national liberation movements recognized by OAU should be included in the agenda of future high-level meetings of the General Secretariat of OAU and the secretariats of the UN and other organizations within the UN System.
