Резюме
Takes note of the activities of the Independent Commission on International Humanitarian Issues, as described in the report of the Secretary-General, and looks forward to the outcome of its efforts and its final report; requests the Secretary-General, in the light of further views received, to submit to the General Assembly at its 41st session an addendum to his report, including a survey of specific humanitarian issues.
