Strongly condemns the killings and acts of violence against Lesotho, for which South Africa is responsible; demands the payment by South Africa of full and adequate compensation to Lesotho; reaffirms Lesotho's right to receive and give sanctuary to the victims of apartheid; requests Member States to extend all necessary economic assistance to Lesotho; calls upon South Africa to live up to its commitment not to destabilize neighbouring countries; demands that South Africa take meaningful steps to dismantle apartheid.
