Summary
Requests the Secretary-General of UNCTAD to convene a meeting of governmental experts to review the current situation with respect to all aspects of the international migration of skilled personnel from developing countries and to prepare studies providing a review and comprehensive bibliography of current literature on the existing situation with respect to the international migration of skilled personnel from developing countries; requests the Secretary-General to convene further meetings of the Inter-Agency Group on Reverse Transfer of Technology and to report on the results of those meetings to the General Assembly at its 42nd session.
