摘要
Invites the International Law Commission to continue its work on the elaboration of the Draft Code of Offences against the Peace and Security of Mankind; requests the Secretary-General to consult with Member States and intergovernmental organizations regarding the outline of the future Code proposed by the Special Rapporteur, contained in paragraph 43 of the report of International Law Commission.
