Adopts the new structure of the agenda of the 3rd Committee, as contained in section I of the annex to the present resolution; approves the biennial programme of work of the 3rd Committee for 1991-1992, as contained in section II of the annex; endorses the recommendations concerning organizational matters, as contained in section III of the annex; decides to implement the provisions of the present resolution beginning at its 46th session.
