Summary
Condemns all military attacks on all nuclear installations dedicated to peaceful purposes; considers that Israel has not yet committed itself not to attack or threaten to attack nuclear facilities in Iraq or elsewhere; requests the Security Council to take urgent and effective measures to ensure that Israel complies without delay with the provisions of resolution 487 (1981); calls upon Israel to urgently place all its nuclear facilities under IAEA safeguards; reaffirms that Iraq is entitled to compensation for the damage to its nuclear facilities; calls upon all States and organizations to discontinue co-operating with and giving assistance to Israel in the nuclear field.
